  1. Haha Black crumpet, how exotic! I’m Jess, a child psychologist by day, and wine drinker/coffee lover/sarcastic weirdo and random blogger by night.

  2. Black English Muffin…. sounds kind of weird, doesn’t it?? I’m a retired Reg.Nurse , a fairly new blogger with a passion for recipes and laughter….oh, and wine!!LOL

  3. Too funny… I’m White Vegemite!

In real life I’m a full time mother to a pigeon pair, wannabe photographer, lacklustre housewife & blogger. Jx

  4. I’m Flamingo Toast! Haha. I am a mother, part time Optical Dispenser/Social Media Manager but would love to be a full time blogger!

  5. Scarlet Toast & Vegemite – NSW blogger & Mum ~21ys & 8yr old twin boys; chasing challenges as we tree-change in Central West and journey with Breast Cancer (2012) Sarcoma L Thigh (2014) – blogging for almost 8 yrs.

  6. Black Coffee! Pretty sure there is an actual band called that…
Honestly, that sums up my life some days, so it is completely appropriate. In fact, I can hear the espresso machine waiting for me right now!

      • You know, coffee must count as food because it is all that sustains me some days until dinner! Mostly because my 5yr old daughter started school last week so between the struggle to get up, dressed and a lunchbox organised it seems I always forget to eat. We moved late last year to a rural location (think trees, more trees, some cows, more trees BUT a beautiful beach nearby) so the 30 minute drive to school gives me time to sip a coffee and get something in my belly.
        Are you convinced yet?

        • Don’t get me wrong, I hear you and I’ve done the same thing. It can’t be healthy for us though? Perhaps a breakfast bar or something that you can have ready to take with you in the morning. I’m having similar issues with my eldest who started year 11 this year. She has just started having Up & Gos.

  7. Crimson Cheese {Lol…that would totally work!}
A bit about me: Sydney blogger, writer, child psychologist. Imperfect, a bibliophile, a feminist, love the beach, the gym, coffee, wine, beers, food, the outdoors {hiking & camping}. I blog about all of these in a little niche called Life! 🙂 You can find me over at Living my Imperfect Life http://livingmyimperfectlife.com

    • That actually works for a band name. I’m wanting a Tim Tam right about now. Haven’t had one in years. Well actually two years. After winning a year’s supply which was in fact only 24 packets. Not really enough in a house with five chocoholics.

  8. Beige Dried Banana! I am Lauren from SAHM I am (http://www.laurensahm.blogspot.co.nz) where I post about life with two young boys. I like to share a mix of fashion, fitness, food and crafting ideas, as well as some tidbits of my life such as family holidays, our day to day activities and every now and then a peek inside my home.

  9. Black Granola Yogurt
I’m Nora Bee, single mum, primary school teacher, lover of unique things (like my children) It’s my 35th Birthday today and I’m not sad about being in my mid thirties… Woooo

  10. Black Salmon Sashimi
I’m Ingrid from Fabulous and Fun Life blog. I’m a mum of three including my leap day twins, who are soon to turn 15, or strictly speaking 3 & 3/4 as their 11 year old brother keeps reminding them! I believe in looking fabulous and having fun at any age, including in your 40s and beyond, hence the name of my blog. I love writing, photography, beauty and discovering new blogs to read!

  11. Black Peanut Butter Roll! My name is Sarah and I blog over at She Writes. I’m a blogging newbie and loving every minute of it so far. I live in the Inner West of Sydney and have two girls aged almost 7 (tomorrow) and 10 (next Tuesday). I’m so sorry about the nasty comments, those people must also have a huge gap between their ears!

  12. “red rock salt”! just popped into my head raych!
we have some himalayan salt and someone recently made red wine rock salt!
so there you have it in a nut shell! have to leave that other cr.. behind! they are not worth it! … where as you are! … love m:)X

  13. Hmm.. White Quiche is the answer to your question. I’m Dominique and blog at Dominique’s Desk. A Singaporean Mom blogger of three ( boys 8 and 10 and girl 4)

  14. Green Crusty Bread (that sounds appetising) My name is Robyna and I blog over at the Mummy and the Minx. I have just launched a new business (eek!) to keep me busy, because having two rambunctious boys and a crazy dog just wasn’t enough (ahem).

    • That’s actually a rather cool band name (I think). I’m rather grateful to have you in my cyber world. Really hoping I get to meet you in person this year. You know where to find me if you need a shoulder, an ear or most any other body part. Yes I know that probably sounds weird. xx

  15. White Plum! I couldn’t resist giving my band name on your Facebook update. It’s a cute game. Now you know my grandmother is on Facebook too. 😉 She’s the one who typed “J” in another stream of comments. I think that was totally by mistake. She’s my kids’ great-grandmother and there are all these new tricks she’s learning – emails and Facebook and such. LOL So, my favorite color is blue, our family has one dog and two cats, I love watching home shows about interior design or remodeling and my blog had a birthday today (I didn’t tell anyone yet, but it’s 3 years old today!). Tina from Amanda’s Books and More

    • Thanks for touching base on Facebook. My mother is the same with Facebook and she is over 4000 km away now, so we can’t sit down and show her the ropes and dictate what she shouldn’t be doing on there.

      Happy Blog Birthday.

  16. Cool band name. Thanks for introducing yourself. Have you met Sarah from Creating Contentment? Sarah hosts Thankful Thursdays and also home schools her four children, who I believe may also be on the Autism spectrum.

  17. Black Tostados! Sounds so delish right? Actually it’s not too bad… It could always be worse right?!?! I am a lifestyle blogger that writes about my crazy, circus like life and share the funny and not so funny stories about myself and my family. I have been co-hosting the Oh My Heartsie Girls WW for, well this is my third month now and I recently started my very own Linky Party called Party Under the Big Top and Monday my newest series at Welcome to My Circus will make it’s premier. It is called “The Sideshow.” It is a guest blogger series in which I shine the spotlight on a guest blogger every Monday. I have booked so many talented bloggers from different niches and can’t wait to introduce them to my readers and fellow bloggers. Well… That’s about it for my blog and for me…

Well, my name is Lysa (pronounced Lisa) and I am originally from New Jersey but have called Arizona home since I was a kid and that is where I live now. I am married to an amazing man and have been blessed with four kids, two step-children, 5 grandchildren plus one on the way. I have two teenage daughters still at home as my other two and my husbands two are grown, my son, my oldest will be 26 in a little over a week and my oldest daughter is 18 and away at college. My step-son is 25 and lives in Kansas and my step-daughter is 22 and lives just a few miles from us. I live two and a half blocks away from my parents and my life, at times, resembles an episode right out of “Everyone Loves Raymond,” my baby brother’s name is even Raymond! Hahaha! I’m a former newspaper reporter/columnist and am now disabled with the horrific disease called RSD/CRPS. That’s all I’ve got…

Thanks for joining us and linking up at the Oh My Heartsie Girls Wordless Wednesday Link Party! Hope you’ll join us again next week! Don’t forget that I go LIVE with WW every Tuesday evening! 😉

    Wishing you a fabulous week!

    Much love,

    Lysa xx
