Even though I didn’t over indulge or indulge at all over Christmas and New Years, I still feel like I need to start the year on the right foot so to speak as far as my beauty and wellness routine is concerned. I’ve had a tough year health wise and only just starting slowly (think slower than snail pace) to get back on track, with a rather long way to go before I start looking and feeling like my old self.
To be expected, my skin is looking and feeling dehydrated. I’ve also been over complicating my skin care routine for far too long which has just made matters worse.
